Parcelgistics provides a small package audit on FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipments. We are able to recover 2-6% in refunds from parcels failing the service guarantee and overcharges on the invoice. A few common refund-eligible opportunities include:
- Late delivery
- No proof of delivery
- Incorrect rate/discount
- Manifested not shipped
- Duplicate invoice
- Duplicate airbill
- Weight accuracy
- Incorrect residential delivery fees
- Other incorrect misc. charges
Our fee for this service is either a percentage of what we recover (preferred by most clients), or a small transaction fee.
